Went here for the first time with my wife and 3 kids. We ordered 2 pizzas, pretzel, and chicken sandwich. The food was amazing. The pizza is thin, like flat bread. It was cooked just right and the flavor was amazing. We sat on the patio and the view is just amazing.
Me and husband have been eating at Bear Waters in Maggie Valley for sometime now. We absolutely love the atmosphere inside and outside by the river. We can’t say enough about all the staff, they are awesome and the food is the best around. We had a very special Mothers Day lunch there today. Angela was our waitress and she has always been such an absolute delight!! She suggested 2 special that were fantastic! The breakfast pizza and the ribeye special with cheesy grit and eggs, so very good!! We highly recommend this place to everyone. Oh by the way, the Thai food that Mona prepares is phenomenal every time!
We really enjoyed or food tonight. My husband had the rib eye, I had the duck Thai noodle dish, my granddaughter had the wings and a burger for my grandson. Everything was delicious. I can’t wait to come back. Oh, And don’t forget to try the Brussels sprouts and the banana pudding cake. Extra bonus the server was great. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting BearWaters Brewing Company, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The moment I stepped in, I was struck by the warm and welcoming mountain atmosphere. The live piano player added a lovely touch, playing a great selection of family-friendly holiday tunes that really got everyone in the mood. But what really impressed me was the food and drink menu. From the classic chicken club to the mouth-watering Ribeye steak, there was something for everyone. I was blown away by the variety and quality of the options, and I can honestly say that nothing disappointed. The service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, I would highly recommend BearWaters Brewing Company to anyone looking for a great dining experience in a beautiful mountain setting. It's a perfect spot to relax and enjoy some good food and drink with family and friends.
We came to Maggie Valley to spend the weekend in the mountains and go for a few hikes. One of the days we came to this brewery - when we arrived we thought it was closed down for good, but it seems they have had some issue in their front with either water damage or something going on with the roof. Once we entered from the side, we were surprised what a nice space BearWaters has inside - plenty of different areas or zones for different ambiances. Staff were super nice, and helped us figure out what beer to order. All the beers we got were great, I especially liked the sour ones. We ended up getting fried pickles (which were AMAZING) and the wings were also awesome. Fries and burgers were great as well. We were very impressed with the quality of the food, you don’t always expect that from a brewery - not that it was upscale, but it was just delicious and well served and presented. I was very satisfied with the whole evening we spent at the brewery, and will recommend anyone come check them out! Just don’t ignore them if it seems closed from the front, they may still be doing repairs. Absolutely awesome place to eat, drink, and hang out!
This place is awesome! We happened upon it on the way home from Cherokee, NC. Food was amazing, specifically the wings, trout dip and fries/potato wedges that came with the kids burger were exceptional. Seriously get the wings. Our server was super friendly and quick. The hostess helped me with the WiFi, and was helping all around the restaurant. They have a really cool outdoor area. And the inside is nice and roomy and enjoyable as well. Come here if you’re in the area.
Very nice! Outside alongside creek. Went there 2 nights during our 4 night trip. Food was good. Taps were limited due to Helene, but still tasty. But the best was our server, Ally. What a wonderful person! Hey, vacation, right? Go... Enjoy!!
The food was all really great. Honestly, much better than we expected. From a kids burger, to a Thai dish to pizza; BWB did the food right for sure. The beer was great too, and we always love a flight option to taste different kinds. The huge monstera plant in the middle of the restaurant is also worth noting, as it was very impressive for any plant lovers out there.
